The Process
What happens after you book
You'll receive a confirmation email
With your appointment details, a secure link to your telehealth session, and any intake forms to complete beforehand. Completing forms in advance means more of our time together is spent on you — not paperwork.
Complete your intake forms at your own pace
We'll send a secure link to your patient portal. The forms ask about your tinnitus history, hearing background, and how tinnitus is affecting your daily life. There's no wrong way to answer — everything helps us prepare.
We meet — from wherever you are
Via secure video from your phone, tablet, or computer. No travel, no waiting room. Just a focused conversation with a specialist who has read your history and is ready to talk about your specific situation.
You leave with a clear picture and a plan
Every consultation ends with a written summary of our discussion, your assessment results, and recommended next steps — explained in plain language, sent directly to you. You'll also receive a report for your physician if you'd like one.
Your privacy is protected. All information is stored in a HIPAA-compliant patient management system. Your data is never sold, shared without your consent, or used for any purpose other than your care. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, encrypted platform.
